The VIII Open Day organized by the Union of Italian Criminal Chambers (UCPI) will focus on the theme “Alienation and Acceleration: Dignity of Man, between Prison and Artificial Intelligence.” The event will address issues related to incarceration, the principle of humanity in sentencing, and the opportunities, uses, and distortions of artificial intelligence and its impact on the right to a fair trial.
